"Plenty of options and easy to shop"
I spent some time browsing itzusa.com the selection was better than I expected. There were plenty of products to choose from, and I felt like I could compare a few options without feeling overwhelmed. A couple of categories could be organized a little better, but nothing that made the experience frustrating. I was able to find what I needed easily, and the site felt reliable enough that I’d be comfortable shopping there again

I was able to use ItzUSA and eventually found what I needed, but it took a little more clicking around than I expected. Compared to other sites I’ve used, this one feels a bit slower and not quite as straightforward. It’s not a bad experience overall, just could be smoother and easier to navigate

I ordered from itzusa the product seems real to me. The packaging looked totally normal, and everything was pretty much exactly what I expected. Shipping was a little slow, but that’s just how online orders always seem to go these days. Overall, I’m happy with it and it works fine.

I ordered from ItzUSA and thought it was gonna take a while, but the package showed up in just a few days. Tracking worked fine too, no weird issues or anything. Happy with how quick it got here tbh.

I was trying to check the return policy before placing an order, and maybe I’m missing something, but it didn’t feel very clear. Some of the info was there, sure, but I still felt like I had to guess what would actually apply if I needed to send something back. The site isn’t terrible or anything, but return details should be a lot easier to understand. It definitely made me hesitate a bit before buying.

I placed an order on ItzUSA and the confirmation email showed up quickly, which was nice. I checked it over and everything looked right, so no complaints there, always a relief when the basics go smoothly.
The site itself was okay to use. I wouldn’t say it was the slickest shopping experience ever, but I was able to find what I needed without getting annoyed, so that counts for something.
I’m giving it 4 stars for now since I’m still waiting on the shipping part. So far though, it’s been a normal and decent experience, that’s kind of all I was hoping for

I got my order from itzusa.com and everything was exactly what I picked out. No wrong items, nothing missing, and all the details matched. I was a little worried something would be off, but that turned out to be unnecessary because it all arrived correctly. Simple and hassle-free, which I always appreciate.

I had an issue with my order and it wasn’t solved right away. Had to send a few messages, which was a little annoying, but they did end up fixing it so I guess it was fine. Not a terrible experience or anything, just felt like it could’ve been quicker even though it got handled in the end.
